My name is Julie, and I’m your friendly Stitchify.com author. I am a 28 year old, Northern Californian chickee, who is a dreamer, idealist, explorer, and artist.
Stitchify is a showplace for sharing discoveries of all things creative. As the name implies, my main artistic endeavors are fiber-related arts; such as embroidery, plush, handspun yarn, knitted/crocheted/needle felted/woven art (including wearable art), sewn accessories, and stuff like that. I also like to share unsolicited links to indie shops, suppliers, tutorials, tools, art shows, inspirational images – basically anything that could possibly inspire, be admired, or bring happiness.
The Ad-Free Blog badge on my page means just that. If I happen to post about a sweet deal or a pattern for sale, the only reason is that I truly like it and am sharing it with you because I think it’s cool.
