Stitchify - Crafts and Fiber Arts Inspiration

Andy and I are enthralled by our veggie garden. It’s going crazy! Vegetables are magically appearing! Just four weeks ago our plants were just little babies with only their two “grow” leaves. Now look at them!

Last week we harvested our first cucumber and have harvested two more this size since.

On Sunday we harvested two French White zucchinis.

And on Monday we harvested two Sunburst squash.

So freaking neat! Now I’m having fun finding recipes on how to ingest this bounty! I’d like to try this zucchini cake recipe and these zucchini squares too. There’s a lot of fried zucchini recipes, but doesn’t that kind of defeat the point?
