Needle Felting; Character Contest

Needle felting is SO much fun! I wrote a tutorial for my friend and New York pen-pal, Renee (who I will definitely interview and profile in the future). I was going to post it here, but in it I refer to a finished item that I sent to her. I would like to make a new tutorial with pictures, so you will have the benefit of referring to progress pictures and the finished object.
If anyone is interested, I would love for you to submit illustrations of cute, simple animals that I could use as the inspiration for my piece that I will create for the needle felting tutorial.
The winning designer will receive the finished item as a thank you; and I will also post a heartfelt Thank You to everyone else who submitted illustrations, with links to your blogs, if provided.
