Six Degrees

Feb 27th

My wonderful husband has added a really cool map to the bottom of my About page. It shows a little flag in the region of every visitor to my site. I can’t believe how many countries/states/provinces are represented just one week after my launch! I feel so cosmopolitan ;). I am so excited that you have visited my little Northern California based site.

Seeing how geographically diverse our Stitchify community is has really inspired me. I would be honored if my visitors (yes, that includes you!) would write me a message about where you live, your favorite local area of natural beauty, your favorite restaurant, your favorite place to shop, an attraction that you would recommend to visitors… and anything else that you would like people to know about your home. Pictures of the aforementioned would be great too! And if you have a blog - be sure to let me know; I would be glad to include a link as well. Please write to me at contact@stitchify.com.

I will compile the information and integrate your pictures, stories, and links using Google Maps, as a new feature of stitchify.com. I’m looking forward to “meeting” you!

PS: I received my Ravelry.com (see last Wednesday’s post) invitation! I am so pumped! That was fast - just one week ago there were 2500 people in front of me! Have you signed up yet? I can’t wait to schnuffle around and explore.

I Live in Sacramento, CA, but I spent most of my life living in Lake Tahoe.
    In Sacramento

    - The only thing i can think of in Sacramento that
approximates natural beauty is our campus (Sacramento
State), There’s lots of grass, and sometimes the trees
    are pretty colors ^_^
    - Sometimes when I’m bored i like to shop at Dimple records
I’ve never bought a music CD in my life but they have
really good deals on movies! Lots of anime! ^_^
